Matibidi Game Lodge adheres to the principles of ethical hunting and fair chase.  We cater for rifle and bow hunting.

Matibidi Game Lodge hunting rules

  • Hunt must be ethical and fair
  • Hunt on foot not in a vehicle
  • Wounded animals will be paid in full
  • Missed shots will be penalized at R150.00 a shot
  • No hunting or shooting near or around the Main house or Lodge
  • Guns to be locked up in the safe when not hunting
  • No loading or empting guns at the lodge or main house
  • One can only hunt when accompanied by a PH or hunting guide
  • No Alcohol before or during hunting.  For the safety of others as well as yourself
  • For a successful hunt one must put safety first
